You will be given :

• Response time within 4 hours from Monday to Sunday (including Public Holidays), for 24 hours a week.
• Monitoring as a service
• Support communication via Email, WhatsApp or your very own chosen communication method.

  • Monthly Progressive IT Report
  • Inventory Report
  • Vulnerabilities Report
  • Threats Reports
  • Audit Logs
