Essentials Package – Monthly / Device

You will be given :

1. Response time within 4 hours from Monday to Friday during office hours (9:00am to 6:00pm +8 GMT).
2. Monitoring as a Service.
3. Support communication via Email and WhatsApp.
4. Anti-Virus Protection.
5. DNS Protection.

*Please take note that there will be a required minimum commitment length of 3 months.
